

Sales / Account Representative: The Sales / Account Representative proactively sells Active Response Media's products and services to new and existing customers. Collaborates with Sales Manager to achieve team goals by working with other Sales / Account Representatives and their customers. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Meets profitable revenue and productivity targets which includes the achievement of specific quarterly revenue and gross profit sales targets. Performs pre and post sales and support activities that impact target revenue. Works to establish long- term relationships with customers through outbound calls, incoming calls, face to face meetings and trade shows. Represents Active Response Media as a single source desktop delivery, loyalty program and scheduling program solutions provider to the customer and remains sensitive to possible opportunities for cross sell and upsell of products. Is knowledgeable about and understands the current programs and provides written proposals to customers on an as needed basis or as assigned by manager. Follows up with all customers, ensuring that their issues have been resolved completely. Works with manager to negotiate non-standard pricing for the customer when necessary to remain competitive. Achieves outbound telesales productivity sales targets. Performs other duties as assigned. Requires 1-3 years sales experience (software preferred) Send resumes to:
